About us

Sinaloa, made in Nogales.

Fresh, breaded and baked rolls, seafood and rice dishes, all made to order. This year we opened our new place at Plaza San Antonio, with dine-in, takeout and delivery.

We also bring the sushi to your event: we set it up and serve it ourselves, and if you like, with a cocktail bar, decor and sound.

What people ask us most.

How do I order takeout?

Tap + on the dishes you want, review your order and send it on WhatsApp. We reply with the total and the details to pay by bank transfer.

Do you deliver?

Yes. Choose “Delivery” when you send your order and enter your address. We’ll confirm the delivery fee on WhatsApp.

Why are dine-in and takeout prices different?

Some rolls cost less for takeout. This site shows takeout prices; to see dine-in prices, tap “Dine in” on the menu. Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN).

Can I swap ingredients?

Yes. When you review your order, in each roll’s extras, choose “Ingredient swap” and tell us what to take out and what to put in instead; it’s free. An extra ingredient is $15 MXN and extra tampico is $30 MXN.

Do you cater events?

Yes: we bring the sushi to your event and our team serves it. We can also bring a cocktail bar, decor and sound. Get a quote under Events.
